A House / Space/ Office Blessing & Clearing energetically clears homes, offices or healing spaces. Manifest and flow abundance into your personal life and business. Clear stagnant energy and residue of thoughts and emotions rising from everyday living, and the more potent energy arising from emotional disturbances, illness, trauma or death at a location.
Like a video that is played over and over, past events can be “stuck” and keep re-playing. That is why some paranormal events repeat and at the same times and is known as “place memory”. This is not about stirring up the energy, riling anyone earthbound, or driving out” anything, but about clearing and releasing and bringing rest to the entities involved.
A House / Space/ Office Blessing / Clearing releases negative forces, attachments, or energies when it is threatening to any residents, pets, or visitors. May also include an exorcism. A House / Space/ Office Blessing / Clearing is recommended for places where paranormal activity is escalating in intensity. If you find any paranormal events “ok” then this is not recommended.
A Clearing is perfect for foreclosure, abandoned, or long-term vacant properties and for those with funky neighbors or next door to foreclosed, abandoned, or vacant properties.
For realtors and landlords of property that has sat vacant, sites that are nice but have inexplicably unable to sell or rent, or places where violence has occurred, for locations that have experienced unusually frequent turn-over. The Blessing also clears the land, pre-dating any structures.
In-person or Long-Distance Blessing includes:
- Blessing of Holy Water at the beginning of the Ritual for use during, and all that is left for owner’s future use.
- Invocation of 4 Archangels for the 4 directions for protection for the space as well as all who enter and live in the home/ space.
- Blessing of all windows and every door, in each room – basement (if applicable) to attic.
- Sealing of doorways with Blessed Oil to repel negative energy. For twins/ apartments/ condos/ office buildings shared walls are especially energetically re-enforced.
- For office/ retail/ industrial spaces, the parking lot is included and the area to each of the property corners is Blessed.
- Ritual to release any souls who are ready to cross over.
- Blessing of pets and animals.
- If you have a Sacred Space/ Altar/ Feng Shui already set up that will be Blessed as well during the Ritual. If you would like to set up and dedicate an area, during the Blessing would be a wonderful time. Remember the most Holy and effective is what is Sacred to you, and it can be unobtrusive objects if in an office/ business environment.
- A certificate outlining what was included (as written in list above), described in non-denominational terms. This lists the address so it can be given to new owners if on-market or being listed soon.
